Watching the movie for the Nth time.. Sreeraman's story, adapted by our master craftsman G. Aravindan. story about love looked at with the glasses of our idea right and wrong. And ultimately (perhaps) realising that in the love, only love matters, nothing else... There are other subtle messages about the morality concepts of our society.
Heard that Sreeraman's story ends with a Sanyasi in front of Chidambaram Temple suggest the protogonist "in case of any doubts, ask God". That dialog seemed to be not there in the movie, but in any case the visuals by Aravindan makes us feel that finally he realises that the real love it True, you cannot run away from it. Yes, Aravindan;s messages are always subtle.
So sad that we lost G Aravindan. Then we lost Kodiyettam Gopi and Smita Patil as well... they made this movie a great one, that makes us to keep on watching...
